Guardianships

“How wonderful it is that no one need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.” – Anne Frank

If a loved one can no longer make decisions as to their personal and/or financial affairs or is a victim of elder abuse (physical and/or financial), he or she may need the protections provided through a guardianship proceeding.

The Court can appoint a Guardian to make financial and/or health care decisions for another person who is unable to make these decisions for themselves. Whether the individual is a child, an incapacitated adult, or someone who is developmentally disabled, the team at Ansanelli Law Group, LLP will compassionately guide you through this often emotional and complex legal proceeding.
