Brian is an Associate at the Ansanelli Law Group, LLP, focusing his practice on elder law, estate planning, and litigation.

Brian works closely with clients to develop estate plans to meet the individual needs for our clients, including preparation of wills, health care proxies, and powers of attorney.  He also advises clients on elder law issues such as long-term care, and Medicaid planning.

Brian’s work extends to estate administration where he represents clients in contested and non-contested and trust administration matters before the Surrogate’s Court.

Brian earned a Bachelor’s degree from The University at Albany SUNY and a Juris Doctor from Saint John’s University School of Law. While in law school, Brian was a contributing writer to the Joseph A. Calamari Admiralty Law Practicum.

Brian is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York. His publications include “The Right of Sepulcher: An Overview of Rights Regarding Dead Bodies”, Nassau Lawyer, March 2017.

He is a member of the zoning board for the Village of Lindenhurst and produces the annual musical for Lindenhurst High School.
